                           RESOLUTION NO.    21216  
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE
                 AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE
                 CHATTANOOGA HOUSING AUTHORITY, MORE
                 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, RELATIVE TO
                 INSPECTIONS.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Intergovernmental Agreement with the Chattanooga Housing 
Authority
       relative to inspections under the Shelter Plus Care Grant, the
       Rental Rehab Grant and the HOME Grant for one year with an option 

       to renew for one additional year.
